We encounter World Religions with JW Windland as he leads our morning workshop.

JW talks with Jon as he explains that in Tibetan Buddhism
the colour burgundy represents compassion.

Val teaches the group about the seven traditional teachings of First Nations people,
as she discusses aspects of Native Spirituality.


The Group participates in the Blanket Exercise, which teaches about the history of First Nations people as Europeans came to Turtle Island ( North America ).


The seven traditional teachings: Humility, Courage, Generosity, Love,
Respect, Wisdom and Truth.


Judy and Jenn collaborate to re-create the image of Dancing Shiva, stamping out ignorance, and inviting all to not be afraid but to listen wholeheartedly to God's call.
