Gallery - Day 3, August 18

First up: Biblical Studies…with your host Martha Tartanic!!!

That's right… Martha hosted Bible Jeopardy as our first activity in Biblical Studies!

I'll take Where Is… for 10 points Martha.
Hmmm that's gotta be: What is the Song of Solomon.

After Biblical Studies, our exploratory groups began. Judy leads the Science & Theology exploratory group.

Martha leads the Media Awareness exploratory group…

as two of her participants, Amber and Joe, listen attentively.

The Music Exploratory group meets together in the Great Hall. Today each participant in this group shared a song of their choosing with the group and talked about its significance to them.

After siesta Karen leads the group through True Colours to better understand
ourselves our personalities and how we interact with other people.

The Four ‘True' Colour Personalities: Gold, Green, Blue and Orange. While one colour is generally dominant, we have a blend of all four colours in our personality.

And the results… only two Golds: Bill & Amber! Golds thrive on responsibility, are highly accountable, natural organizers, family-oriented, socially aware and have a strong sense of right and wrong and love to have lots of ‘scheduled fun' like this!

Gill and Rushan are two of our greens. Greens thrive on designing, inventing, analyzing, are scientific, independent thinkers and problem solvers.

Our Oranges ! Oranges thrive on action, live in the now, are fun and spontaneous, good in a crisis and are amiable, performance-oriented, competitive people.

Jon & Kaityn are just two of our many Blues in the group. Blues thrive on people, activating their potential, nurturing their strengths and are enthusiastic people who love to talk.

The HHAAKK group: Hilary, Andrea, Kaitlyn, Aly and Kaila with Heather in the middle.

There's a great mix of colours in Bill's group: Joe, Ashley, Tara , Brittany , Bill and Amber.

Rushan's small group: Mac (or his hand on Jon's shoulder) (whoops!), Jon, Rushan, Connie, Gill, Shawna and Laura-lee.

Jess' small group meets in the lounge: Jess, Pete, Sarah, Alysha , Victoria , and Beckie.
